To welcome the globe to NYC's World Pride celebrations, we partnered with preeminent team at @lgbt_history to dig into the rich queers histories of the city.
We filled the city with OOH installations that shone a light on lesser-known historic LGBTQ+ pioneers, places, and movements that have paved the way for the queer community and the next generation continuing to make waves.
Each were bespoke to the local borough, celebrating local legends, and 30 emerging queer Creators, near some of the most influential queer landmarks in the city.
Scanning the walls opened to @lgbt_history's IG account for users to dive into each of the stories in greater depth.
